Preliminary results of our groundbreaking survey of 500+ people living with glioblastoma, care partners, or families who recently lost a loved one shows huge disparities in how people are treated. We’ll announce the results soon — online, at conferences, and to the media.
We need YOUR help now in raising funds to help us effect real change
Here’s how:
• Share graphics about the GBM Bill of Rights (below) on your social media
• Start a fundraiser for OurBrainBank — we’ll send an enamel pin to anyone who launches one and a t-shirt, hat, or totebag from the OurBrainBank Shop if you raise over $100! (Send us a link to your fundraiser with your mailing address)
• Fundraise for us on Facebook, Instagram, GiveLively, or host a lemonade stand or whatever and donate the proceeds to OurBrainBank
How to help:
Fundraise on Facebook or Instagram or create your own peer-to-peer campaign (visit our campaign and click on “I want to fundraise for this”).
Post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter or make a video for YouTube or TikTok. Tag OurBrainBank please!

How to create a Facebook fundraiser
• Open Facebook
• Click on Fundraisers (far left column, may need to click “See more”)
• Click Select Nonprofit and pick OurBrainBank, Inc
• Edit and personalize content via the left sidebar — personalize as you like or use this text: “Join me in supporting OurBrainBank’s efforts to move glioblastoma from terminal to treatable? Glioblastoma is a rare and deadly type of brain cancer.”
How to create an Instagram fundraiser
• Open Instagram
• Tap the + to make a new post
• Create or choose your image, tap Next
• Crop and filter your post as you like, tap Next
• Tap Add fundraiser
• Select OurBrainBank as the nonprofit you’d like to help
• Tap Edit fundraiser to go to the Fundraiser Details page
• Enter the details for your fundraiser and then tap Done
• Tap Share
